KRET (Nicolas Brossier) - Saturday night painting - Metal assembly (50 x 50 cm)
Graffiti artist born in the southern suburbs of Toulouse, Kret highlights the shadow side of graffiti, the one that we don't see if we don't practice. Kret recovers pots and bombs from other graffiti artists, thus involving a part of the milieu in his metallic productions. His assemblages are colored by the choice of colors that the artists have produced or recovered, by the work of time, oxidation and rust. Kret gives a chance to the waste, at least to what could have been if he had not intervened. Assembled in a concert with hazardous appearances, these sculptures take the side of a childish and uncomplicated cubism.
