Vincenzo Laviosa (1887-1935) was an internationally renowned photographer, painter and set designer, who was awarded the distinction of Grand Officer of the Italian Crown in 1921.
Expert in portraits, V. Laviosa photographed many famous people, among them Mussolini, who declared: "I have finally been portrayed as I really am" and Franklin D. Roosevelt, while he was governor of New York.
