PARIS. large pewter dish with round edge and wide wing called "à la cardinal" decorated with an engraved armorial pattern: helmet empanached and two hounds presenting a shield with fox protome(?). Marked by Etienne PERIN received master in 1650: 1°- FINE ETIN / E.PERIN : flamed heart / 1651. 2°- heart / crowned hammer / E.P. Before 1683. Diameter : 46 cm. Pitting and traces of burnishing - Rare large size for this type of platerie.
