ALENCON. Large pewter pitcher with flared base, straight sloping cup and tassel poucier. Hallmark: FF crowned / ALENCON / 1691. Mark of P.Robert SALLES received master around 1700: two birds facing P.RO(BERT) (SA)LLES. First half of the 18th century. Height : 27,4 cm. 27,4 cm. This center produced some jugs of the type II baluster but very few of the type I with shoulder and this master is very rare.
