As early as 1905, the model of this Liseuse, a theme dear to Aimé-Jules Dalou, was produced in bronze from the plaster cast of one of the two original terracottas, according to the contract established between the founder Susse Frères and the sculptor's heirs. There are also posthumous prints in marble and ceramic made by the Manufacture de Sèvres.
