A YELLOW-GROUND 'DRAGON' BOX AND LID China, 19th/20th century Porcelain. H. 17.2 cm, D. 27.6 cm. The lid and the box are engraved with clouds on the yellow ground, painted with five-clawed dragon leaping amidst clous and flames in pursuit of a pearl, and meander borders are decorated on the rim, a seal mark ''Daqing Kangxi Nianzao'' is on the bottom. With traces of use and stains on the bottom. Provenance: From a private collection in Frankfurt. 黄地矾红龙纹盖盒 中国，19/20世纪 瓷器。盖顶及盒身为黄地刻卷云，绘龙戏珠，口沿一圈饰回字纹，底心落楷书款"大清康熙年造"。有使用痕迹，底心有污渍。高17.2 cm，口径27.6 cm。
