Hubert MENNE (1920-2015) - The cart of the acrobats. Mixed media (cardboard, wood, paper, Plastiroc). Height: 37 cm, Width: 50 cm, Width: 18 cm After having worked in the wine trade, alongside his father, Hubert MENNE-CHERRIERE joined, by passion, the workshop of creations of jewels and religious art of Dominique Piéchaud, sculptor, at 117 Rue du Palais Gallien. In 1965, at the same address, he founded the CENTRE DE FORMATION ARTISTIQUE which received and trained up to 110 young artists until 1990. In 1967, he published a "History of Architecture" at "Eyrolles".
