CONCERNING A DEDOMMISSION THAT GENERAL JOSEPH ZAYONCHEK CLAIMS TO PRUSSIA, this file was constituted by Emmanuel-Joseph Sieyès, then French ambassador in Berlin. That is to say: FREDERIC-GUILLAUME III OF PRUSSIA. Letter addressed to the general Zayonchek, signed for true copy by the Minister of the External Relations Charles-Maurice de TALLEYRAND-PERIGORD, with copy of the Prussian memorandum on the general Zayonchek in the same hand. - SIEYES (Emmanuel-Joseph). 4 minutes of letters, all with 3 autographed words, 2 of which signed, 2 to General Zayonchek and 2 to the Minister of Foreign Relations, Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand-Périgord. - STRUENSEE (Carl August).
