Pair of naval officer's flintlock pistols, barrels with flats and then round with upper flat, blued and gilded with thunderbolts, with flowers decoration, calibre 13 mm; flat-bodied barrels, signed: "Dauphiné Le Neveu à Tulle", hammers with swan's neck; iron trimmings, cut out; wooden sticks; length 29,5 cm.
End of 18th century, beginning of 19th century. Very good condition.
DAUPHINÉ called LE NEVEU in reference to his uncle who practiced between 1760 and 1780, whom he succeeded until 1806. It seems that he was part of the staff of the factory.
