Naval officer's flintlock pistol type 1779, "à tête de chien de mer", blued iron barrel, signed: "MANIE À TULLE", calibre 13 mm; round-bodied lock, swan-necked hammer; bronze fittings, with iron belt hook; walnut stock, finely carved with a dogfish head; iron ramrod; length 26 cm.
