LA VIE D'UNE FEMME, L. Gaumont et Cie. SIX ORIGINAL PHOTOGRAPHS, 1905. 13 x 18 cm, matted. Five vintage silver prints on paper and one on cardboard, titled in ink on the back. Film directed by Alice Guy, shot at the Gaumont studio, at the Alcazar d'Eté and at La Villette. Anatole Thiberville is the photographer-operator. Set of the "Fan Painter", on recycled sheets. Yvonne Mugnier-Serand plays the main role. a. First picture: young artist on a friendly visit. b. Second scene: meeting at the theatre with her choreographer, probably Robert Hasti. c. Second painting: meeting with a playwright, possibly Georges Fagot. d. Third picture: In the heart of a small troupe, led by Alice GUY at the Alcazar d'Eté e. Fourth panel: Yvonne Mugnier-Sérand attacked by Apaches at La Villette. f. Fifth picture: Yvonne Mugnier-Sérand receiving in her dressing room, close to the rehearsals.
