[Psychopathology] This set consists of 4 books dealing with psychopathology. These books give a historical retrospective of this discipline. Starting from its foundations in 1922, we follow the different advances in this field until 1974. The first item in this batch is a book by R. BENON entitled "Elements of Mental Pathology". The various syndromes are highlighted, such as "The delirium syndrome", "The dementia syndrome", "The constitutional disorders of the intelligence" or "Epilepsy and hysteria". In the second part of the book, the author focuses on forensic medicine and in particular on "Certificates", "Reports" or "Consultations"... A good summary of the state of knowledge in the early 1920s. Two works generally deal with psychopathology. Thus "Traité de Psychopathologie" and "Psychopathologie générale", both published by the Presses Universitaires de France, attempt to understand, explain and remedy psychological illnesses. They also highlight the traditional methods of studying these disorders, the old methods but also the innovative bias. The last volume of this set is a "Compendium of Pathological Psychology". The 8 authors look at diseases, treatments and the science of studying disorders. The "Genetic aspect" is thus emphasized as is the "Metapsychological aspect". More in-depth studies are carried out on the "infantile clinic", the "psychotic structure"... Finally, the authors are interested in the "organization of care" or the "panorama of the main psychotherapies". This set of volumes focuses on a theme that is less addressed in the scientific and medical literature, the case of psychopathology. This set includes 4 works. Jean BERGERET (ed.)
