dating: 1863 - 1865 provenance: USA, Rifled, cylindrical 44 cal. barrel with foresight, the base with 'I' and 'C' marks. Smooth, six-shot cylinder with serial no. '41xxx'. Working mechanics. Patent and company mark on the sides of the frame. Smooth, wooden handle. Bluing at 60%.
