Manuscript on vellum signed Philippe d'Orléans (1640-1701), younger brother of Louis XIV (secretary), with a two-sided wax seal, partly broken with missing parts, depicting a rider brandishing a sword on one side, the arms of France on the other. It is accompanied by a receipt of payment of duties signed by Roques, financier of His Royal Highness, with wax seal with the arms of France.
