5 rectangular meal ramekins in Limoges porcelain for the passengers of the Concorde. The bottom with blue and gold printed decoration of the emblem of the airline revisited by Jean Picart Le Doux. Stainless steel lids engraved with the Air France logo used from 1933 to 1975.

The emblem on the Air France logo represents a hybrid animal made up of the bust of Pegasus and the tail of the Annam dragon. The way it is stylized is reminiscent of the shape of a seaplane.
