The images seem realistic. You think you recognize a landscape, a flower, a tree trunk, a plane or shipwreck. However, the photographs are made from the analysis and "deep learning" of a database containing 50 million images, themselves arranged in 1000 heterogeneous categories. When crossed, these images reveal the landscapes and creatures of a fictitious yet similar world, with a disturbing familiarity.
