LONGINES OVERSIZE CHRONOGRAPH REF. 5966 IN GOLD, CIRCA 1957 Case: signed, n. 5966 17 50, three-body in 18K gold, snap on caseback, claw lugs, rectangular pushers.
Bracelet/Strap: not original.
Dial: signed, silvered, applied triangular indexes and arabic numerals, minute divisions and 1/5th of seconds fraction, subsidiary dials for seconds and 30-min register, red telemetric and blue tachymeter graduations, alpha hands.
Movement: signed, manual-winding cal. 30CH, n. 9743040, 18 jewels, nickel-plated, côtes de Genève, column wheel, monometallic balance with screws, Breguet hairspring, Parechoc shock-absorber.
Accessories: Longines Extract from the Archives confirming the invoicing to Ostersetzer, agent for Italy.
