A silver CONFITURIER, PARIS 1819-1838. In the form of a covered Medici vase, it has a pedestal with a gadrooned ring and bordered with laurel leaves resting on a square base with claw feet. The body has an openwork decoration of shepherds alternating with palmettes. It is flanked by two handles consisting of two winged swans resting on horns of plenty. The lid is engraved with the arms of the LE MARCIS family surmounted by a count's crown and ends with a swan-shaped grip. There are twelve small silver spoons, uni-flat model (no hallmark). Interior in later crystal. Weight: 780 g. Height: 26 cm. Weight of the spoons 238 g.
