A Roman green glass vessel of spherical form the sides slightly flattened, with cylindrical neck and thickened in-turned uneven rim, a series of wheel-cut bands around the base of the neck, circa 3rd Century A.D., 23cm high
Provenance: Acquired by the current owner’s grandmother in the 1970s
