Two secret lock covers from the 18th century.
One is a fancy portico with bulging columns, topped by a crown pierced with round holes, set on a strong rectangular plate. A push on the base of the crown frees the door between the two columns, revealing the lock.
This piece was fixed on the cast of a lock preventing the introduction of the key. Molded iron.
French work from the 18th century.

The other one presents a fancy portico with strong truncated columns, surmounted by an entablature with a double semi-circular arch sown with seven small balls.
The base of the crowning triggers the opening mechanism of the central door which hides the key. Molded and chased iron.
