Lot of locks and lock escutcheons including: Model of lock and its chased iron strike of the XIXth century in the taste of the castle of Ecouen. The palasters with pendant decoration present a set of interlaces and leather surrounding a protruding table. No mechanism. Total length: 37,1 cm - Height: 8,7 cm Model of lock and its chased iron strike in the taste of the 17th century. The two identical casings present, chased in light relief, a mask of a savage topped with a diadem of feathers from which foliage, fruits and two horns of plenty extended by spiral volutes and garlands of foliage. Total length: 41 cm - Total height: 18.1 cm with the frets Model of iron lock chased by A.G. MOREAU for the castle of Blois, around 1890. The very ornate polygonal outline of the lock presents in its center a reserve in semi-circle chased in light relief with a salamander surmounted by the royal crown and surrounded by a semis of flames and ornate letters forming the monogram CM. No mechanism or bolt. Beautiful work with the figure of François 1er and intended for the castle of Blois executed at the end of the 19th century by A.G. MOREAU. This locksmith, very famous in his time, is notably known as the author of the gates of the Parc Monceau in Paris. Total length: 56,5 cm - Total height: 18,2 cm Wrought and pierced iron chest lock from the XVIIth century. The lock case, slightly engraved with foliage, is surmounted by an openwork crown of two winged chimeras slightly enhanced by engraving (accident to the forure). Lightly engraved iron lock entrance, model with two chimeras leaning against the welcome Furniture or door hinge in iron embossed, pierced and engraved from the 17th century. It presents a double bouquet of leafy branches rolled up in volutes emerging from a central vase. A 17th century engraved crowned keyhole. The simple plate with griffins and leafy volutes - cast iron medallion representing LOUIS-PHILIPPE in profile bust.
