IRAN, KACHAN, 13th CENTURY
A hemispherical bowl on a heel, made of siliceous ceramic painted in black and engraved in very slight relief under a transparent turquoise glaze. Decorated with a central rose window formed by six radiating panels, and a large calligraphic band on the sides. Plain reverse. Trace of an old label under the base.
