OTTOMAN EMPIRE, TUGHRA OF SULTAN ABDULHAMID II (1876-1909) DATED 1881-82 A rectangular box with a hinged lid, with two loops on each side, made of silver, partially gilded and decorated with numerous coral cabochons around a six-pointed star, known as the Seal of Solomon. On the reverse, a star and the date 1299H./1881-82 are engraved in dotted line. Tughra hallmark from the period of Sultan Abdulhamid II (1876-1909).
