OTTOMAN EMPIRE, TURKEY OR GREECE, 19th CENTURY
Long linen stamen embroidered on both sides with gold metallic threads and polychrome silk threads. At each end, a band of seven cypress trees taking root between eight pyramidal elements decorated with flowers. Scalloped braid at the edge. Good condition, three stains and a small tear.
