DANIELI - Daniele Van Ruyskensvelde - (1934-1982) - Belgian school "Young girl in a dreamlike landscape". Oil on canvas, signed lower right Danieli 80 x 120 cm, with frame 83 x 123 cm (rod) Frame with brace, with keys Restoration, a piece on the top right Danieli, whose real name is Danièle Van Ruyskensvelde, entered the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels in 1950, then the School of Decorative Arts. She masters a large number of techniques specific to the plastic arts: drawing, gouache, oil, mural frescoes, tapestry, stained glass... and, thanks to Louis Poulet, a musician and viola player, she tries to establish a bridge between the plastic arts and music. She obtained numerous prizes, including the Grand Prix de Maîtrise de la Ville de Bruxelles and the Prix des Trois Arts in 1956. She presented numerous decorative works and a stained glass project at the Brussels World Fair in 1958.
