To the reigning Baron of Limburg-Schmidtfeld, on account of outstanding payment of his quantum of 435 florins to the thirty Roman months granted by Imperial conclusive expert opinion to defray the war costs. "We therefore graciously provide to you that you do not expect the execution according to the imperial statutes, but according to imperial-state obligation, will pay the aforesaid quantum you... owe, so on, after receipt of this, and will hereby willingly show your love and loyalty cherishing for the most defenceless German fatherland.... - Without the paper-covered seal, with cord stitching.
