(cotton warp and weft, wool pile), Southwest Persia to Northeast Persian Gulf, ca. 1930

The carpet is decorated with an elongated brown medallion, extended by two pendants, on an ivory background and a red background with polychrome stylized floral decoration. A brown border with a garland of multicoloured flowers surrounds the composition.
