Magnificent period frame, bearing the signature of M. Boyer, Avenue de l'Opéra; bordered with a gold guilloche braid, it presents a rich decoration in relief, formed of gilded nets and branches embellished with pink, pale green and jonquil silk flowers. The back of the frame (partly removable) and the foot are entirely covered with sandalwood brocade silk.
