Sacha GUITRY (1885-1957). Typescript with autograph additions and corrections, Villa à vendre, [1931]; sewn in-4 notebook of [1]-29 pages in pink heavy paper cover with autograph title signed. Corrected typescript of this one-act comedy created at the Théâtre de la Madeleine on November 3, 1931, with Sacha Guitry in the male role, and Gaby Benda, J. Clairjane, Jacqueline Delubac (who was making her debut) and Pauline Carton. This is probably Gaby Benda's copy (who played the role of Juliette), according to the pencil note "Gaby" at the top of the title page. 6 pages show corrections, or additions, sometimes important; there are also some didascalies or stage plays in pencil (probably by Georges Lemaire, Guitry's faithful assistant). The program for the dress rehearsal is attached.
