Set of Chinese Imperial Post postal stationery
Composed of 26 hand-illustrated postal stationeries, some sent by registered mail, from Hankow to Belgium, and bearing stamps from the German and Japanese offices in Hong Kong and Chine (coiling dragons).
Provenance: Emile Evert, Belgian engineer in China 1903-1907. Member of the Peking-Hankow Railroad Administration.
Many missing stamps, 12 made of softened cardstock.
