Composed of 10 postcards (views of Chinese ladies, prisoners, town, barbers, Indian soldiers (2), Shanghai temple, etc.), mailed from Hankow to Belgium, bearing stamps from Hong Kong, mostly postmarked HANKOW A. Some bearing a VICTORIA HONG KONG transit stamp, two cards taxed upon arrival in WELKENRAEDT;
Provenance: Emile Evert, Belgian engineer in China 1903-1907. Member of the Peking-Hankow Railroad Administration.
