HELBARD
Swiss, 2nd / 3rd quarter of the 16th century.
Solid, square tip, trapezoidal blade with slanted straight edge, blade upper and lower edges and beaked hooks with scalloped incisions, mark: pentagon with an eight-pointed star. Two langets and bands. Original octagonal shaft with the initials of the owner "FB" and a stylized tree- or leaf mark.
