Porcelain pendulum, Meissen, 2nd half of the 19th century. Meissen porcelain case, model Johann Joachim Kaendler 1745. Set with six bird figures, on top a nest with eggs. Richly decorated with floral overlays, leaves and branches, relief rocailles and natural polychrome painted base, gold highlights. Restored. Sword mark. Brass or bronze dial with enamel cartouches, brass pendulum movement (spring suspension), pendulum rod slightly bent, striking mechanism with strike on tone bell. Plate with striking stamp: Lenzkirch A.U.G.7 798152. Movement starts, striking mechanism not. Wooden base with glass dome.
