Four-piece bowl with crocuses. Meissen. Around 1900.
Porcelain, glazed and polychrome painted, partially heightened in opaque white, the rim and the stand with gold thread. Deeply moulded, fitting form over a square ground plan on a round stand, flag with a curved rim. The decoration follows a motif over a separately cut out ground with a cobalt blue background and a bouquet of pansies. Underneath the pommel swords in underglazed blue, an incised figure "10" and an embossed figure "22". First choice.
A small brownish spot in the blue background below the bouquet, but inconspicuous in the overall picture.
Dimensions: h. 10 cm, w. 25 cm, d. 25 cm.
