That establishes the price adjustment of the stamps currently in use in Romagne (i.e. the Papal stamps), in reason of 5 centesimi of Italian lira for each bajocco, while the half bajocco stamp exchanged for 2 centesimi (cm. 57x39). Important Risorgimento document in force from November 1st.
