René LALIQUE (1860-1945). Vase "Avallon", also called "Birds and grapes", model created in 1927. Proof in white opalescent glass pressed satin and glossy. Signed at the point under the base. Height: 14,5 cm.
History: model appearing in the catalogues of 1928 and 1932 and on the price list of 1937, continued in 1947 under the n°2002, not taken again after 1951.
