The Renaissance palace in Rome - begun in 1534 by A. da Sangallo the Younger and continued in 1546 by Michelangelo - was surveyed up to the roofs and depicted by drawings according to exterior views and interiors with ground plans and elevations as well as building and ornamental details (ceilings), taking into account the current state.
