During the 20th century, reproductions were made of this type of pieces, coats of arms, weapons, armour, and metallic objects that served as decoration in the houses of the nobles and the rich. On numerous occasions, these reproductions featured the family coat of arms, which usually represented castles or animals, or even their own names, thus showing their great purchasing power and honouring their surname.
It is interesting to note that this piece is the emblem of the owner of the collection and how it alludes to his four sides, thus demonstrating his lineage.
