Priapus beeld
According to the original documents, this painting was made in Mechelen in 1900 on a piece of land at the entrance to the Molenstraat and the 'Rue des Beggards' in connection with the building of the Scheppers Institute. These works were carried out by a member of the Vroede in Mechelen, who gave them to Fritz Steinmetz (woonde op de Melaan) and Prosper Roestenberg. This was done by Mr. Lamot (Addeghemstraat). Volgens dhr Ronald Van Belle (Brugge) moet men eerder denken aan eind 12de eeuw
