Saint John the Baptist Probably Lower Rhine, 17th century. Sculpturally carved oak, colourfully set, flattened on the back. H. 63 cm. Above a rectangular base a full figure depiction of St. John the Baptist with a book in his right hand and a stick in his left. Damage, losses of the setting, partly replaced.
