The House... made inhibitions & defenses with all private individuals, heads of Houses of this City of AIX, to leave & abandon the city for some cause & pretext that it is, without permission of the aforementioned House, at the risk of 3000 livres of fine dice presently declared applicable to the poor for which will be carried out, as of their departure, with the sale & delivery of their goods, movable... The clerks of the Common House of the said AIX are forbidden to give any Bulettes, nor certificates to the said heads of house, under penalty of corporal punishment...".
