Portrait of Tsar Alexander III of Russia surrounded by his family.
Pyrography on wood, decorated on each corner with the imperial eagle of the Romanoffs. Wooden element from a square pedestal table. The base is missing. Slight wear and tear.

History : the representation illustrating our tray was made after a photographic portrait representing the emperor Alexander III and his family in 1888, and offered by the tsar Alexander III (1845-1894), to his cousin, the grand duchess Olga Constantinovna of Russia, queen of Greece.
