Japanese Netsuke circa 1860-1880. Meiji period. Signed Rioji on the base with kakihan. In carved elephant ivory depicting group of characters composed of Kintaro holding a fan, next to the Sennin Seiobo, contemplating a monkey and a rabbit playing with each other. Behind him, there is a monkey holding a hand on his head, 34,4x42,5x32,6 mm.25,84 gr. Elephant ivory specimen before July 1, 1947, according to EC regulation 338/97 of 9/12/1996, article 2w. 26,51 gr. A Japanese netsuke from Meiji period circa 1960-1880. Signed Rioji on the base with a kakihan. In carved elephant ivory portraying a group composed by Kintaro holding a fan, and next to him Sennin Seiobo looking at a monkey and a rabbit playing. On the back, a monkey with the hand over his head, 34,4x42,5x32,6 mm. 25,84 gr. Elephant ivory specimen previous to 7/1/1947, as stated by the regulations CE 338/97 of 12/9/1996, article 2w.
