Fol. gilt printed boards with gilt title and gilt and blind stamped spine and covers (rubbed, bumped and scuffed). "Darlow-Moule 4231. - Lüthi 112 (only part 1). - Strohm E 1255 (only 1 map). - The well-known ""Cotta'sche Foliobibel"" with the maps and plans as well as the two copper plates. The present copy printed on strong paper, but without the additional copper plates and the coat-of-arms plate bound in only a small part of the edition. The two double-page maps show the Holy Land as well as the Mediterranean region with the Holy Land and the journeys of the apostles, the city map shows Jerusalem. - Boards partly newly mounted and backed at the fold. Pages somewhat browned and fingerstained. - Overall a fine copy."
