Maurice LAFFAILLE (1902 - 1987) A small dressing table in sycamore opening to a central flap with a mirror bottom presenting three compartments (one large and two small) and a drawer in the belt. The lateral sides have two trays with pulls, brass handles, curved legs with underlined edges. A stool with rectangular sections resting on four curved legs, the edges underlined, purple velvet cushion. A small coffee table with rectangular sections resting on four curved legs Made in 1948 Dressing table: H.: 60 - W.: 44,5 - D.: 29 cm Stool: H. : 33 - W. : 53 - D. : 33 cm Coffee table: H. 40,5 - W. 50 - D. 35,5 cm (Veneer missing from one of the compartments of the dressing table and circular discoloration on the top of the coffee table) These pieces of furniture will appear in the book in preparation, devoted to the furniture made by Maurice Laffaille during the period 1927-1951, by Mrs Fanny Guillon-Laffaille.
