Watch model Calibre de Cartier ref.3389. Round case in brushed steel, the bezel domed and smooth, crown with overflow protection and screwed skeleton caseback. Black dial with striations under the hours with Roman numerals, railway track and luminescent sword hands. Date window at 3 o'clock and small seconds counter at 6 o'clock. Imposing winding mechanism set with a faceted sapphire. Cartier crocodile strap (Crocodylia spp. CITES appendix II B) with original folding clasp. Movement: Self-winding calibre signed CARTIER / 1904-PS. Diameter: 42 mm. Condition: Very fine (Cartier case and booklet with original CD ROM)
