Foreign Orders & Decorations - Kingdom of Italy : Silver Medal for Valour "AL VALORE" 1st type with bust Vittorio Amedeo III. (1773-1796) Silver, on an old but not contemporary ribbon. The reverse with trophy of arms and the inscription "AL VALORE", above a laurel wreath.Extremely rare example of the first version of this medal of valour. Cf. Silver, on an old but not contemporary ribbon. On the obverse below the arm section signature "C.LAVY." The reverse with trophy of arms and the inscription "AL VALORE" underneath a laurel wreath.
