Bouret, Germaine. - 3 large charcoal and gouache drawings on paper, dated and signed 1938: 1/ - "Lend it to me" - (on sheet 30 x 47 cm - drawing 22 x 40,5 cm). Dog in front of his kennel chewing a bone, the second begging. 2/ - "What a lovely dress you have!... - What a lovely dress you have!..." - (on sheet 37,8 x 49,2 cm - drawing of the same size). Two young girls are raving about the costume of a boy who is parading in a tartan suit. A dog is watching this scene on a background of a farm and a pond with ducks. 3/ - "Hold me tight, I can't swim" - (on sheet 53,6 x 41,2 cm - drawing 50 x 41,2 cm). A boy is helping a little girl to cross a ford strewn with stones. She is holding a basket from which the fruits of their harvest (strawberries or blackberries) are escaping. Country landscape background. Three beautiful and large compositions in very good condition. Rare in this size.
