Probably Burgundy 16th century
Two female heads
Limestone, worked full-round, slightest remains of a former, probably only partly coloured setting. The two female heads are decorated with flower garlands and are fragmented at the base of the neck. Worked on a slight lower view and flattened on the upper sides, they may have been used as console figures in the past.
Minor losses due to damage. Mounted on modern metal stands. H 24 resp. 22 cm.
