The Country Union, ca. 1730-1740 Folded fan, double sheet of wallpaper of friends attending the union of two of them. Dogs play beside them while sheep graze. Peacock feathers adorn the sides. Reverse: a young woman alone in front of a trellis factory. Ivory frame*, the throat painted with strawberries and bunches of grapes, a decoration found on the leaf. The plumes carved with a pomegranate and a woman under a shell and, on the other, a man. H.t. 29.5 cm / H.f. 17.4 cm (good condition, some folds fragile, rest.)
